Accept food donations at your office through 6/18/21 and store them there, OR...
if you do not have your own office or can't store the donations at your location, you can call and make arrangements to drop them off at any of the following three locations (you can also have your patients call to drop off donations directly):Dr. Antoinette Tauk

Monetary donations are also welcome in addition to, or in lieu of, food donations. Please still register, so we can recognize your contribution.To donate to Feeding Middlesex County, click here.
To donate to the Franklin Food Bank, click here.
We will call the contact person you designate on the registration form and make arrangements for the food bank of your choice (Middlesex or Franklin) to pick up the donations from your office the week of June 21st.

Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste

How to ask for donations
Have your receptionist ask for donations when patients call.
