Cathy Jameson will teach you the tried and true skill of practice-building through basic techniques and cutting edge strategies of customer service. If you want to fill your practice with a satisfied, loyal and active patient-base, then this course is for you!

MCDS Members/Residents: $50 ea*

Non-dentist staff members: ($45 per staff member per course)

Instructions:

Fill in the names of registering Dentists and Staff Members below.
Select the registration type from the drop down list to the right of the name. The appropriate fee will automatically be assessed.
Enter the registrants in consecutive text boxes. If you leave a blank box in between registrants (for example, you leave the Registrant 2 box blank and enter a name in the Registrant 3 box), nothing after the blank box will be processed.
When you are done adding names, click on the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to PayPal's secure site. You can either pay via PayPal (if you have an account and want to use your PayPal balance) or via credit card. If you want to pay with your PayPal balance, log in. If you want to pay by credit card, click on the "continue" link near the credit card logos.
Once you submit your payment information and finish with PayPal, you are done registering.
