Staff Night/Event Coordinator

The following motion passed at a 2005 meeting of the Board:

The Board of Trustees should, on a yearly basis, hire a competent person to perform the task of Staff Night Coordinator to assist the Program Chair with coordinating the entertainment, menu, table arrangements and door prize purchase/solicitations. The position should be renewed on a yearly basis based on previous performance.

Payment amount is not to exceed $17 per hour.
