According to a report in the ADA News (May 18, 1998), OSHA has issued a directive, CPL 2-2.38D, which allows employers to maintain MSDS sheets through electronic means, such as computers with printers, microfiche machines, the Internet, CD-ROMs, fax machines, etc.I have had links to MSDS sheets on our site for a while.
